A: All products sold by Genesis 13 Labs are strictly for laboratory research use only.

They are not intended for:

We do not provide instructions, protocols, dosing, or guidance for human or animal use.


Q2: Are your products approved for human use?

A: No.

Genesis 13 Labs products are not approved as drugs, supplements, or medical treatments, and they have not been evaluated for human or veterinary use.

Any use outside lawful laboratory research purposes is prohibited.


Q3: Do you provide dosing or protocol information?

A: No.

Genesis 13 Labs does not provide:

  • dosing guidance
  • injection instructions
  • protocols
  • outcome-based recommendations

Requests for this type of information cannot be supported.


Q4: Are your products tested?

A: Genesis 13 Labs operates with internal quality controls and lot traceability.

Where stated, products meet defined purity and specification standards.
We back this with a written Quality Guarantee, not marketing claims.


Q5: Why don’t you publish COAs publicly?

A: Genesis 13 Labs is building toward branded documentation standards.

At this stage, COAs are held internally while we maintain lot discipline, catalog stability, and consistent operations. Instead of relying on public PDFs, we provide something stronger: a written Quality Guarantee tied to independent testing and refunds.


Q6: What is your Quality Guarantee?

A: If an independent third-party laboratory confirms that a purchased lot:

  • is below 99% purity, or
  • contains less net content than stated,

Genesis 13 Labs will issue a 100% refund within 30 days, even if the vial has been opened.

For products where sterility or endotoxin specifications are stated, the same standard applies.


Q7: Do you accept returns?

A: Because we sell research materials:

  • Physical returns are not required for verified quality claims
  • Refunds are governed by purity, content, and fulfillment issues only

Refunds are not issued based on outcomes, expectations, or misuse.


Q8: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders ship from Canada.

We use Canada Post and Purolator depending on destination and service availability.


Q9: How long does shipping take?

  • Orders typically ship same or next business day
  • Most Canadian orders arrive within 1–7 business days
  • All shipments include tracking once dispatched

Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $200.


Q10: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, Genesis 13 Labs focuses on Canada-based fulfillment only.
International shipping may be considered in the future.
